Dry Aged Beef at Queens Supa IGA!

IT HAS BEGUN… Dry Aged Beef at Queens Supa IGA.

Our first lot of testers are in the case and each one has a different life ahead. We will be letting these sit for 10 days, 20 days, 30 days and 40 days to show the process of dry ageing.
Customers are welcome to put orders in as of now, and the process is simple!
1. Purchase your 3 Rib Porterhouse with our Butchers
2. Decide your preferred ageing time, then it will be on display for that period, we even name it after you!
3. Come back on the day and have it cut exactly the way you want it at no extra cost!
